Surgical extraction of double tooth and left out roots is a relativly often procedure in dental clinics.The procedure starts from abstracting the membrane around the molar we are extracting, and after that we are approaching to impact tooth or root that left over. We are removing part of the bone so we can firmly and safely take the tooth with instrument and took it out from jaw. Than we put back membrane on its place, sew up and procedure is done.
